If you received a postcard in the mail, we'll be making a trip to your area soon... typically a month or so after you received the postcard. Please don't wait to contact us, as these trips require considerable planning on our end and it's difficult to make last minute changes or additions. After learning more about what you have to sell (pictures and/or a list are very helpful), we'll provide you with an offer. If you find our offer acceptable, we'll make an appointment for the upcoming trip! We're more than happy to work with your schedule, so let us know if there are any days/times during which you won't be available.

We've purchased equipment from across the country in quantities as small as a single radio, and large enough to fill a 53' tractor-trailer! Here are some strategies we've used in the past:

For larger quantities, we travel to your location to personally load the truck, trailer, container.
Small purchases can be completed through the mail. All you'll have to do is drop off the equipment at a FedEx Office location, where they'll take care of packaging and shipping, with all expenses billed to our account.
Regardless of which method we use, rest assured you'll get paid before anything is removed, loaded, or shipped!

Here are some questions we take into consideration when making an offer...

does the equipment work?
when was the last time it was used?
what's the overall physical condition?
how long will it take us to sell?
how difficult is the equipment to handle?

For larger purchases, we prefer to pay with a Wells Fargo cashier's check. However, we can always pay with cash if that is your preference.

No matter what the situation, rest assured that you'll be paid before any equipment is removed from your location.
