We appreciate the opportunity to purchase your surplus equipment, and have streamlined our buying process to make it as straightforward as possible! Here's how it works...

We'll need some basic information on what you're selling, so please call (or text) 775-386-2506 at your convenience. You can also send an email to ethan@hamandhifi.com. Pictures are very helpful but not required.
Using the information and/or pictures you've provided, we'll make you an offer.
Once we've agreed on a price, we'll schedule a time to come pick up the equipment. You'll be paid the spot!

Larger quantities are certainly welcome! We've purchased entire homes and even warehouses full of equipment in the past. In these situations, we usually need to do a "walk through" in order to establish an offer. Contact us at your convenience and we'll be happy to do this at the earliest opportunity.

ease of handling (how big and heavy)
demand (how long will it take to sell)
transportation and labor costs

We're now making monthly trips into Central California and the Bay Area. Please contact us and we'll be happy to give you an idea of when we'll be making our next trip!

We prefer to make payment with a Wells Fargo Cashier's Check. However, we can pay with cash if that is your preference.

Regardless of payment method, both parties will receive a signed receipt.

Other ways to sell equipment

If you live outside of California, there's a good chance we can still buy your equipment! Here are a few methods we use on a regular basis:

Once we agree on a price and you've been paid, you'll bring the equipment to a FedEx Office location. They'll package and ship the equipment, billing all expenses to our account... all you have to do is drop it off! This is great for smaller quantities.
For larger quantities, we're more than happy to make the trip and load a crate or moving truck!
