We're located in Nevada, but travel throughout the country buying collections and estates.  This ensures you won't need to do any packaging, shipping, or heavy lifting.

How do I sell my equipment?

We would love the opportunity to purchase your surplus equipment!  The first step is to contact us using the form below.  You can also give us a call at 1-866-988-0073, although the form is preferred as we're often traveling and might miss your call.

We'll get back to you as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.

I live far away. How would you pick up the equipment?

We've purchased equipment from across the country in quantities as small as a single radio, and as large as an entire household!  Some methods of transportation for larger collections include:

  • We'll fly in and load the equipment into a truck, which we will drive back to Nevada.
  • We fly in and load the equipment into a crate which will be picked up by a transportation company.

For smaller quantities, the item can be dropped off at a FedEx location to be packaged and shipped, all expenses paid for by our FedEd account.

How do you determine prices on used equipment?

Pricing used equipment can be challenging, but here are some questions we may ask you and ourselves when making a deal...

  • does the equipment work?
  • when was the last time it was used?
  • what's the overall physical condition?
  • how long will it take us to sell?
  • how difficult is the equipment to handle?

How do you make payment?

We prefer to pay for items with a check from our Wells Fargo bank account, which will be handed to you before anything is loaded.  This helps tremendously when it comes to accounting.  However, we understand that many folks prefer cash, and we can make this arrangement upon request.

We're open to any alternative payment methods you might prefer, so don't hesitate to ask.
